Samples are made by hand, so die-lines, finishing and dimensions may differ slightly from mass production. Please use them for general review only, not as an exact reference.

Tips to Lower Your Unit Price

A wide (landscape) box costs less than a tall one.
Choosing economical boards such as E board or NS board also helps, and ordering 300 pcs or more gives the most efficient unit price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Because of the die-cut structure, the taller the box, the higher the unit price. We therefore recommend a wide (landscape) format. Economical boards such as E board, NS board, Eska board or Pop Kraft also help. Ordering the minimum of 300 pcs gives the most efficient unit price.
We can produce 100 or 200 pcs, but the unit price can be about 1.5–2× higher than at 300 pcs. You are welcome to request a comparison quote across several quantities.
Custom packaging is produced at almost no margin, so that our customers can use the Cornervery stapler comfortably. For that reason we are unable to offer discounts on it. Thank you for understanding.
Depending on the weight of the contents, the bottom of the box may sag slightly. For heavy items we recommend a sampling run before mass production to check the result.

Above 8 cm in height, the corners may open slightly. For tall boxes we recommend a sampling run first.
A sample box takes approximately 3–4 business days; the sampling fee is quoted on request. Finishing cannot be applied to samples.
Foil stamping (black, white, gold, silver), debossing and 1-color silkscreen printing are available. Because our boards are thick, offset printing is not possible, and printing is done with 1-color silkscreen only. Embossing is not available. Adobe Illustrator vector files (.AI) are required for artwork.

Once payment is made and production begins, changes and cancellations are not possible. If any item is defective, send us photos and the quantity and we will arrange a refund or remake.
The way an insert holds your product depends on the contents.

· Wing-type insert — rounded shapes are difficult with this structure.
· Die-cut hole insert — circular and curved shapes are possible.

Send us the exact dimensions and photos of your product and we will recommend the most suitable insert type.

– Even small dimensional differences can change the mass-production price significantly, so we recommend checking the mass-production quote before ordering a sample box.
Send us your desired specifications and we will provide both the sample and mass-production quotes together.
Please send the artwork and format you want to produce, the dimensions and photos of your product together. If you have finishing artwork, attaching the Illustrator vector file (.AI) lets us quote even more precisely.

To help us respond smoothly, please send finalized designs and dimensions and limit each inquiry to a maximum of 3 types. Excessive quote requests delay other customers. Re-quotes are also sent within 1–3 business days, and telling us your target price range(or the maximum you can spend) lets us advise you in more detail.
Two staples per corner is structurally possible. However, due to our internal process we staple only once per corner. Depths other than the fixed jig hole spacing cannot be set, so positions outside the standard spacing are not possible. Thank you for understanding.

New EcoblackFSC® Certified
An eco-friendly black board containing 40% ECF (elemental chlorine free) recycled pulp, balancing quality, price and sustainability. It has a notably smooth, even surface.

E BoardFSC® Certified
The recycled board used for Cornervery’s own stapler and staple packaging, made from recovered newspaper, magazines and milk cartons. We recommend 450 g for small boxes and 550–650 g for larger ones; a large box in 450 g may feel less rigid.

NS BoardFSC® Certified
A 10-ply board made from 100% recycled pulp, combining rigidity with an economical price. It is more affordable than E Board 550 g and 650 g.

CushionECF pulp
A multi-layer board with cushion-like elasticity, a soft texture, substantial thickness and excellent print performance. The White shade carries a slight ivory tone compared with Snow White.

Eska Board with Frog CoverFSC® Certified
The flagship dry board from Eska of the Netherlands, one of the world’s leading board makers. It is stiffer than other dry boards of the same thickness while being 5–15% lighter, which also reduces the overall weight of your product. Made from 100% recycled pulp with FSC® certification, it is safe for food packaging.

Earth Pact with LaminationFDA & ISEGA certified
Earth Pact is made from 100% sugarcane bagasse — the by-product left after sugar extraction — so no trees are cut. It is suitable for food packaging.

Pop KraftFDA & EFSA compliant
An eco-friendly white-top kraft board made from natural pulp. The kraft side is uncoated for a natural tone, while the white side has a triple clay coating for excellent printability. Made from unbleached natural pulp fibers, it is strong and meets Korean food-container certification as well as FDA and EFSA safety standards, so it can also be used for food packaging.

– Lid / Base Height Offset

  • Making the lid slightly shorter than the base makes the two parts easy to tell apart and easier to open and close.
  • Typically the lid is set 0.5–2 cm lower than the base.
  • Square boxes can be awkward to open, so we recommend an offset of at least 0.2 cm (2 mm).
